1. Place Your Order
Choose between a daily, weekly, or monthly rental period.
2. Speedy Delivery
Your order will be delivered the day prior to your event.
3. Return Via UPS
Return with the prepaid shipping label at any UPS drop off location.

Damage Insurance
Your order comes with accidental damage insurance, and covers any non-intentional damage to the equipment during your rental period. Just keep in mind this doesn’t include weather-related damage, negligence, or theft.
Included Spare Devices
If your order includes at least 3 units, you’ll automatically receive a spare device (or devices, depending on your order size) at no extra charge.
Custom Apps, Software & Settings
If you need apps, specific software, or any settings pre-installed on your devices, reach out to one of our specialists here.
Included With Each Device
Each iPad rental comes with a charging brick, cord, and protective folio case. The case converts into a stand.
Each laptop rental comes with a charging cable and a mouse.
Rental Extensions
Need more time? No problem. If you need to return your equipment later than your return date, you’ll automatically be charged at a prorated daily rate based on your order size.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel 5 business days or more in advance of your scheduled delivery date, we will refund you in full. We are not able to refund orders canceled within 5 business days of your scheduled delivery date.
